RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2019

We can not believe it has been a week now since the flower show, and what a show it was.

We were delighted to be awarded a Silver Gilt medal for our display. As you maybe aware we collaborated with Exbury Gardens to celebrate their Centenary and to show case some of the rare varities that we have been propagating, to save them from being lost forever. BBC Gardeners World did a lovely film and interview with David last Wednesday evening 22nd May, if you have not seen it, we suggest you get a look on BBC2 catch up.

Two of our three entries for the RHS Chelsea Plant of the Year competition made it through to the last 20! The two that made it through were Rhododendron Jessica de Rothschild a lovely yellow compact and Rhododendron Happydendron Pushy Purple (trying saying that quickily after a long week at Chelsea!).
